Did you mean to say "MY SPARK PLUG KEEPS FALLING OUT", or did you mean "fouling out"? I suspect you meant fouling, because if it was loose enough to fall out, it would in fact "fly" out. So, back to the problem. You said it is very black after a few days and it doesn't work anymore, and that the bike is stock EXCEPT for the exhaust. This would lead me to conclude that you are running too rich and the mixture screw needs to be adjusted "clockwise" to reduce the richness. What this will do is adjust the carb to have more air and less fuel going through it, (this is a short desription of what actually happens, but more or less a description in plain language of what will occur). You adjust the mixture, and then run the bike about 50 or so miles and pull the plug again. If the plug is still black, adjust more, but only in small amounts at a time. When the plug is a light brown or tan color, you have the correct mixture.

Depending on the type of exhaust you put on, this may not help. You may need to rejet the carb.

On other thing to check would be the choke. If it is not working properly, it could be causing you to run rich and that would foul the plug. Just pick somewhere to start and go from there. Good luck!
